Frequently asked questions about the subscription

Where can I manage my subscription?

You can easily manage your subscription in the customer portal. There you can change delivery dates, add products, take breaks or cancel your subscription at any time - completely flexibly and with just a few clicks.

I would like to cancel my subscription. What do I have to do?

You can cancel your subscription yourself at any time in the customer portal - with no minimum term or cancellation period. The cancellation is valid from the next scheduled delivery date and if you want to join again later, you can take out a new subscription at any time.

Which payment methods are permitted for subscriptions?

You can currently take out a subscription with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or PayPal. Unfortunately, other payment methods such as TWINT, prepayment or purchase on account are not possible for subscriptions.

Will I receive a reminder before the next delivery?

Yes, you will receive an email with a preview of the products and the planned dispatch date before each subscription delivery. This gives you enough time to make changes or pause the subscription.

Can I also pause my subscription or change delivery dates?

Absolutely. In the customer portal, you can flexibly postpone deliveries or take a break - at your own pace. As soon as you're ready, you can reactivate your subscription.

I have several subscriptions. Why are they sent separately?

If you have several subscriptions with different delivery intervals, these will be sent separately
sent separately, as they are due at different times.
Each subscription is a separate, automated shipping process - therefore the regular shipping costs apply for each delivery if the value of the goods is less than 60 CHF/EUR.
