Shipping

Delivery is worldwide. Orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday to Friday, except public holidays) after they have been received and paid for. Shipping is usually carried out by DHL or the Swiss Post, if possible in a climate-neutral way.

If not all products ordered are in stock, Jungkraut AG is entitled to make partial deliveries. The customer will not incur any additional costs as a result. If delivery is not possible after two attempts, Jungkraut AG may withdraw from the contract. Payments made will be refunded.

Please note that additional charges for customs duties and/or VAT may be levied by the carrier for deliveries outside the EU or Switzerland. VAT will be adjusted accordingly in the final step of the order. If available, the order can be tracked using the tracking number in the order confirmation.

Returns & Refunds

Only products purchased on jungkraut.ch can be returned to Jungkraut for a refund or exchange. Products purchased from other websites or local department stores must be returned to the original place of purchase.

European customers

If you are not satisfied with your product, we offer free returns and a full refund within 30 days. The cancellation period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform us (Jungkraut AG, Baarerstrasse 2, 6300 Zug, Switzerland, hello@jungkraut.com, Phone: +41 44 515 60 09) of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. letter or e-mail). The attached sample cancellation form can be used, but is not mandatory.

The goods must be sent to Jungkraut with the original packaging within 14 days of the declaration of cancellation. Jungkraut AG shall bear the costs for the return shipment. The return shipment must be sent to Jungkraut AG, Baarerstrasse 2, 6300 Zug, Switzerland. The time of dispatch shall be decisive for compliance with the deadline.

Once the goods have been received on time, the purchase price will be refunded immediately. A deduction may be made for damage or excessive wear and tear. The refund will be made via the original payment method. Jungkraut AG may refuse the refund until it has received the goods back or the customer has provided proof that the goods have been returned.

The right of return is excluded for

  • Personalised goods with individual finishes.

Customers from overseas

Returns from overseas customers will be accepted and the full purchase amount will be refunded, but shipping costs will not be covered. Please send an email with your order number and address to hello@jungkraut.com to initiate the returns process.
