Shipping & Returns

The delivery is worldwide.

We process orders within 24 hours (Monday to Friday, except holidays) from the time the order is received and paid. All orders are usually shipped with DHL or Swiss Post. If possible in a climate neutral way.

If not all ordered products are in stock, Jungkraut AG is entitled to make partial deliveries. The customer will not incur any additional costs due to partial deliveries. 

If the delivery of the goods is not possible after two delivery attempts, Jungkraut AG can withdraw from the contract. Payments made will be refunded to the customer. 

Shipping Costs & Time

The delivery time for physical goods in Switzerland is normally 2-3 working days, in Europe 3-5 working days and in the rest of the world 4-20 working days. This applies unless otherwise stated in the order process. If a longer delivery time is necessary, the customer will be informed by e-mail after this time. If the customer has not received an e-mail, he/she may withdraw from the purchase contract.

For our customers in Europe we offer free shipping. For orders with a delivery address outside Europe, a shipping fee of 19 EUR per order will be charged.

Please note that for deliveries outside the European Union or Switzerland, additional fees for customs duties and/or VAT may be charged by the carrier. Once you have entered your shipping address in the last step of your order, the VAT will be adjusted accordingly. If available, you can track your order with the tracking number, which you will find in your order confirmation.

Refund & Returns

Only products purchased on can be returned to Jungkraut for a refund or exchange. Products purchased on any other websites such as Amazon or local department stores must be returned to the original place of purchase. 

European customers

If you are not satisfied with your product, we offer free returns and a full refund within 30 days. The right of return is exercised by returning the goods, no reason is required. The return must be sent to Jungkraut AG, Baarerstrasse 2, 6300 Zug, Switzerland. For the observance of the time limit, the date of dispatch of the revocation is decisive. Please send an email with your order number and address to You will then receive a free shipping label for your return.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal leads to the conversion of the purchase contract into a return relationship, according to which the services received under the purchase contract must be refunded. The customer must send the goods with the original packaging to Jungkraut within 14 days after declaring the cancellation. Jungkraut AG bears the costs for the return shipment.
Upon timely receipt of the goods, any purchase price already paid will be promptly refunded to the customer. The refund will be automatically compensated via the method used for payment.

A deduction from the purchase price to be refunded or an invoice for possible damage, excessive wear and tear of the goods or, if agreed, costs of sending the goods to us shall remain reserved. No deduction will be made if the loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is necessary to determine the nature, condition and functionality of the goods. Jungkraut AG can refuse repayment until it has received the returned good
or until the customer has provided proof that he has returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.  

The right of return excludes the following products:

- Voucher 20.- / 50.- / 100.- CHF

- personalized goods with individual elements.

Overseas Customers

We accept returns from overseas customers and will refund the full purchase amount, however, shipping charges will not be covered and refunded. Please initiate the return process by sending an email to with your order number and address.
