Conditions of participation for competitions/raffles on social media
Competition guidelines
1. organiser
The competition is organised by Jungkraut AG, Baarerstrasse 2, 6300 Zug.
2. participation
Participation is open to residents of Switzerland aged 18 and over. Employees of Jungkraut AG and those involved in the realisation of the competition are excluded. The competition is not connected to social networks such as Facebook or Instagram. There are no entry fees or obligation to purchase. Participation is possible during the specified campaign period. Participants who use or manipulate unauthorised aids will be excluded.
3 Prize and winner management
Only the prize described will be awarded; cash payment or exchange is not possible. The winner will be notified by Jungkraut AG and must respond within three days. If the prize is not claimed within seven days, the prize will be allocated to a reserve winner. The organiser accepts no liability for lost, delayed or incorrect notifications.
4 Payment of prizes
For cash prizes and vouchers over CHF 1,000, 35% withholding tax will be deducted. The winner will receive confirmation that the withholding tax has been reclaimed. Prizes over CHF 1,000 must be declared in the tax return. For winnings in kind in excess of CHF 1,000, a confirmation of residence is required, which the winner must obtain at their own expense. The prize will be forfeited if the confirmation of residence is not submitted.
5 Data protection
Jungkraut AG complies with the statutory data protection regulations. Personal data will not be passed on to third parties unless the winner consents to the publication of his/her name, age, picture and video for advertising purposes. By participating in the competition, the participant declares that he/she has the full rights of use to the submitted entries and that these may be used for marketing purposes. The participant agrees to receive promotional messages, but can unsubscribe at any time.
6. exclusion
The organiser reserves the right to check participants and winners. In the event of breaches of the conditions of participation or unfair advantages, the organiser may refuse or withdraw the awarding of prizes.
7 Liability
The organiser is released from all obligations when the prize is handed over. The organiser is not liable for loss, delay or damage to the prize during transport. No liability is accepted for legal or material defects in the prize. The organiser is not liable for technical difficulties that affect participation or the result.
8 Premature termination or changes
The organiser reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice, particularly in the event of technical or legal problems. In such cases, no claims can be made against the organiser.
9 Miscellaneous
Legal recourse is excluded. All costs, taxes and fees associated with the prize shall be borne by the winner. Disputes in connection with the competition are subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Jungkraut AG. Should individual provisions be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. These conditions of participation may be amended or withdrawn at any time.
